What You’ll Actually Do
• Connect: Deliver personalized 1-on-1 and instant online tutoring sessions using the Live Learning Platform.
• Instruct: Explain complex Replit features and browser-based development workflows, including multi-language support, AI assistance, and deployment strategies.
• Guide: Lead students through creating, debugging, and deploying collaborative coding projects and web applications within the Replit environment.
• Adapt: Modify teaching methods and instructional content to address individual student learning styles and address common challenges in cloud-based development.
• Apply: Emphasize the practical application of Replit for accessible programming, rapid prototyping, and team collaboration without local setup.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Advanced subject mastery in the Replit cloud development environment and browser-based development workflows.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to teach cloud-based development, collaborative coding, and rapid application deployment using Replit for diverse student levels.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of Replit features including AI assistant, deployment, and version control; strong communication and problem-solving abilities; adaptable teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
