What We Look For In an Elementary School Math Tutor

Adapts instruction using base-ten blocks, fraction strips, games, and multi-sensory approaches to support young learners at varying developmental readiness levels.
• Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
