  • Emphasis on score optimization techniques and connecting test strategies to student goals and target score requirements.
• Test Strategy & Adaptive Instruction:
  • Familiarity with DAT structure, common student challenges, and proven score improvement methods.
  • Ability to adapt instruction using official practice materials, diagnostic assessments, and personalized study plans to address individual weaknesses.
  • Required: Minimum DAT score of 21 and a demonstrated track record of helping students achieve significant score gains.
• Effective Teaching Methods:
  • Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with.
  • Proficiency in explaining material using multiple approaches and adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Adaptability to different learning styles and student needs.
