What You’ll Actually Do
• Guide students through the entire college application essay process, from initial brainstorming to final submission-quality drafts.
• Teach effective narrative essay techniques, personal statement structure, and strategies for developing an authentic student voice.
• Help students identify compelling personal topics, craft vivid anecdotes, and strategically address supplemental essay prompts for competitive admissions.
• Utilize an AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional assistance, lesson generation, and engaging features to save prep time.
• Deliver personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions, adapting instruction to meet individual student learning styles and needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Profound understanding of Common Application, Coalition Application, and various supplemental essay prompts, alongside expertise in admissions reader expectations.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching brainstorming techniques, personal narrative construction, and iterative revision for college application essays, with an aptitude for guiding students in identifying meaningful topics and developing vivid anecdotes.
