What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Provide customized instruction to individual students online through 1-on-1 sessions.
• Content Delivery: Guide students through core BCABA examination content, including behavior-analytic skills, philosophical underpinnings, and ethical responsibilities.
• Skill Development: Teach strategic test-taking, problem-solving, behavior-analytic concept application, and ethical scenario analysis specific to the BCABA examination.
• Adaptive Teaching: Adapt instruction using practice examinations, behavior-analytic case studies, and data analysis exercises to support BCaBA candidates.
• Learning Support: Identify common student struggles and explain material using multiple approaches to meet individual learning needs and styles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess deep knowledge of BCABA examination content, including basic behavior-analytic skills, concepts, measurement, data display, and ethical responsibilities, to prepare candidates for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching behavior-analytic concept application, ethical scenario analysis, and data interpretation for the BCABA examination, with familiarity with the BCABA Task List content and common student challenges.
• Skills:
1. Ability to explain reinforcement schedules, functional behavior assessment, and behavior intervention planning effectively.
2. Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style.
3. Adaptability to different learning styles and student needs.
4. Capability to identify and address student conceptual difficulties using varied instructional methods.
