What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Support the daily operations of a professional services firm in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial Administration: Manage AP/AR, billing processes, and comprehensive financial bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks.
• Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor management and handle associated logistical tasks for the firm.
• Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance, including proficient calendar and inbox management to support executive functions.
• Compliance and Organization: Handle the management of commercial insurance, business licenses, and maintain efficient electronic filing systems for document organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven career experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role, demonstrating capability in core operational and administrative domains.
• Experience: Requires demonstrated experience in an office management or a comparable administrative position. Candidates must possess proficiency in QuickBooks for financial and bookkeeping management, strong skills in calendar and inbox management to support executive functions, and familiarity with managing commercial insurance and business licenses. Experience with electronic filing systems and document organization is also necessary.
