What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee Office Operations: Ensure daily office operations run smoothly, maintaining an organized, efficient, and friendly environment.
• Manage Front-Desk & Scheduling: Supervise front-desk activities and coordinate patient appointments and staff schedules.
• Handle Administrative Workflows: Support key administrative tasks including billing coordination, document management, and ordering supplies and equipment.
• Manage Patient Interactions & Records: Handle office communications, respond to patient inquiries, resolve minor issues, and manage patient records.
• Implement Policies & Standards: Introduce and enforce office policies and procedures to uphold consistent service standards and a positive experience for all team members and patients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing core knowledge in office administration and assistance.
• Experience: Practical experience managing daily office workflows, scheduling systems, and patient records; capable of operating and troubleshooting office equipment.
• Skills: Strong Communication, Customer Service, Office Administration, Organization, Problem-Solving.
• Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or orthodontic office management; additional training or education in office administration or business; proficiency with office software.
