What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance by organizing and maintaining office files, records, and various documents to ensure efficient retrieval and management.
• Correspondence & Scheduling: Learn to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including both mail and email, and assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Data Management: Gain valuable exposure to data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into spreadsheets or databases, and assist in collecting and compiling data for essential reports or projects.
• Project Contribution: Support ongoing company projects by performing necessary research, efficiently gathering information, and preparing clear and effective presentations.
• Customer & Office Operations: Learn to provide basic customer service support, including answering phone calls and assisting visitors, and help with general office tasks like distributing mail and operating equipment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
