Telehealth Operations Specialist | GoTo Telemed

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Engagement: Engage directly with patients across various digital platforms, including chat, live video, audio, and asynchronous methods.
• Care Routing: Analyze incoming patient conversations and requests, independently resolving administrative inquiries and efficiently routing clinical questions to appropriate licensed providers.
• Guideline Delivery: Deliver standardized administrative pre-operative and post-operative guidelines strictly following established company protocols under clinical team guidance.
• Clinic Management: Independently handle day-to-day telehealth clinic operations, connecting patients to providers in virtual waiting rooms, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and managing scheduling flows.
• Data Oversight: Assist in the administrative aspects of remote medical monitoring by tracking patient data submissions, ensuring record completeness, and escalating system flags to supervising medical professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field, with new graduates highly encouraged to apply. This is an early career position.
• Experience: No prior medical experience is required, as GoTo Telemed provides comprehensive internal training on telehealth terminology and operational protocols.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high digital literacy with comfort navigating multiple software interfaces, video conferencing tools, and secure chat platforms simultaneously, along with high empathy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a virtual environment.
