🌟 We’re Hiring: North America Business Development Manager (Based in LA, California) 🌟
We are expanding our tea beverage brands, Sharetea and UG Tea, across North America and are looking for a driven Business Development professional to help grow our franchise network in the U.S. market.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead store expansion initiatives for our tea beverage brand in North America.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Support franchise development process, including initial discussions and follow-ups.
- Assist with site selection and market evaluation.
- Coordinate and integrate external resources to create new business opportunities.
- Based in Los Angeles, CA, with occasional travel to other U.S. states as needed.
✅ Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience in overseas markets, franchise business, or F&B industry (any one is acceptable).
- Willingness to be stationed in Los Angeles, California, with occasional interstate travel.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and leverage networks effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with U.S.-based partners or clients.
- Familiarity with franchise expansion or retail site development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
