The company’s digital networks division is responsible for delivering national broadcast content, including both programs and commercials, through an automated, cloud-based system. This NOC Operator role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous and precise delivery of this content. The selected candidate will be a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can rapidly learn specialized software, utilize strong computer and multitasking skills, and thrive in the demanding environment characteristic of broadcast operations. This position contributes directly to the seamless operation of a diversified media company, ensuring content reaches audiences nationwide.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Broadcast Monitoring: Monitor and control national content broadcast streams for accurate delivery, ensuring the smooth transmission of both scheduled programs and commercial advertisements.
• Media Management: Prepare digital media files and perform comprehensive media preparation tasks, in addition to generating necessary reports for content tracking and analysis.
• System Operation: Reliably operate and interact with the automated, cloud-based broadcast system to facilitate seamless content delivery and system performance.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly troubleshoot and accurately diagnose operational issues within the broadcast environment, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Support Tasks: Execute additional support tasks and duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of the NOC team.

• Background: Possess core domain knowledge in broadcast operations, demonstrating a rapid learning capability for specialized software and the ability to meticulously follow technical processes.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in operating computers, diverse software systems, and electronic equipment in a professional environment.
• Skills: Exhibit strong attention to detail and robust multitasking abilities, alongside essential flexible availability for shifts that include overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: Prior experience as a Master Control Operator.
