• Team: Works within a hotel property team, providing key overnight support and reporting to management.
• Mission: To oversee, audit, post, and balance daily financial transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for overnight hotel operations and guest needs.
• Tech Stack: Phone PBX, key lock, PMS reservation systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee Financial Auditing: Audit, post, and balance all daily financial transactions in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Provide Overnight Support: Serve as the key role for overnight hotel support, working independently to assist teams and manage hotel operations.
• Manage Guest Services: Provide personalized, friendly service to guests, handle check-ins and outs, sell and upsell rooms, and check credit of guest accounts daily.
• Uphold Hotel Standards: Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property-specific brand standards, completing all tasks on the relevant shift checklist.
• Support Team Operations: Assist fellow associates and management as needed to ensure better hotel operation and service to guests, including having general knowledge of housekeeping.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level understanding of hospitality operations, particularly regarding financial transaction handling and guest service.
• Experience: Proven ability to work independently overnight, operate hotel systems including phone PBX, key lock, and PMS reservation systems, and manage a cash drawer securely.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication in English, strong organizational skills, ability to balance financial transactions, and capable of handling pressure situations appropriately.
