This is a full-time rotational program with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, primarily located in Miramar, FL, with additional opportunities in Dallas, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation Management: Rotate across four, six-month core functions, actively taking on leadership assignments and projects within each area.
• Organizational Acumen: Learn the essential processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver measurable value and enhance organizational performance.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Gain expertise in how to define business problems, scope complex projects, determine key deliverables, identify potential challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Leadership Development: Cultivate essential traits in decision-making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and robust problem-solving, preparing for future leadership roles.
• Professional Growth: Build a national professional peer network and gain direct exposure through presentations to some of the company’s most senior executives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required for graduating seniors or professionals up to two years post-graduation. Preferred degrees include Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program that provides a strong foundation for leadership development.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in academic, extracurricular, or prior work settings, coupled with a proven track record of delivering tangible results in projects or initiatives.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking for market analysis and operational optimization, strategic problem-solving abilities to address business challenges, clear verbal and written communication for presentations and cross-functional teams, effective cross-functional collaboration, and critical decision-making under ambiguity.
• Bonus: Must be 21 years old or older at the program’s start date, and willing to relocate to either Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX to support program assignments.
