What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Execute leadership assignments and projects across four, six-month core functions.
• Value Delivery: Acquire the processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
• Project Management: Develop an understanding of problem definition, project scoping, key deliverables, and delivering tangible business benefits.
• Leadership Development: Cultivate essential traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem solving.
• Network Building: Gain exposure to senior leadership and establish a national peer network.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program, for graduating seniors or up to two years post-graduation.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in school or work, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Skills: Effective collaboration and clear verbal and written communication skills; Adaptability to changing environments and enthusiasm for new challenges; Strong initiative, influence, and desire to lead; Commitment to continuous learning, open to feedback, and dedicated to self-improvement.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX; Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.
