What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Complete four, six-month core function assignments, taking on leadership projects and responsibilities.
• Learn: Acquire essential processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver significant value to the organization.
• Analyze: Gain understanding of how to define problems, scope projects, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Develop: Cultivate essential traits in decision-making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem-solving.
• Network: Secure exposure to senior leadership and build a national peer network across the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation. Preferred degrees include Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in school or work and a proven track record of delivering results. Must be 21 years old or older at the program’s start date.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and rotation managers; clear and concise verbal and written communication skills; thrives in changing environments and embraces new challenges; eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to self-improvement; shows initiative, influence, and a desire to lead.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
