Neighborhood Sales Assistant | Risewell Homes
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, in-person role at Risewell Homes, located in Orlando, FL. Risewell Homes is a respected and growing national homebuilder that constructs new homes. This position offers hands-on experience in new home sales and construction, supporting daily sales office operations across communities. The Neighborhood Sales Assistant will be closely mentored by Neighborhood Sales Counselors, making this an ideal opportunity for a driven individual looking to launch a career in new home sales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Process Training: Complete all assigned tasks within the Sales Associate training program, learning the full sales process by attending contract appointments, site meetings, and escrow calls to gain a deep understanding of the customer journey.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and register prospects in HubSpot CRM, providing guided tours of model homes and communities, and delivering compelling presentations that utilize the company’s established sales process.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively generate new traffic through outbound calls, social media initiatives, community events, and dedicated realtor outreach, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up on all leads and assisting with self-prospecting activities.
• Sales Support & Buyer Relations: Assist Sales Counselors in servicing all stages of the sale, including managing buyer selections, change orders, deposits, and loan approvals, and maintaining regular contact with buyers throughout the construction process, up to orientations and walk-throughs.
• Market Analysis & Office Administration: Support realtor engagement by providing current inventory information and tracking traffic, conduct market research and competitive analysis on pricing, floor plans, promotions, and buyer demographics, and assist with general sales office functions, including weekly reports and maintaining accurate records like prospect registration cards and community updates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience. Proficiency with computers and software including Outlook, HubSpot, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new systems.
• Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills; highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Bonus: Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State); knowledge of homebuilding or residential real estate.
