What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Mortgage Teams: Provide comprehensive assistance to Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, and management throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle.
• Manage Loan Documentation: Facilitate loan setup, review and index documents, validate information, and update systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure Member Communication: Engage with members to gather necessary documentation, offer loan status updates, and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep precise records, track workflow tasks, and update all loan-related information within internal systems.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Work alongside internal departments, external vendors, and third parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely loan processing.

• Experience: Previous experience in supporting loan operations, accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance within a financial or mortgage setting.
