About the Job

Role Title: Ministry & Conference Intern

Employment Type: Remote, Unpaid Internship

Purpose of the Role: To provide valuable hands-on experience in Christian counseling, ministry event planning, and digital engagement. The intern will primarily support the ministry’s operations and the upcoming “Standing in the Gap” Women’s Conference.

Key Responsibilities:
Conference Support: Assisting with the planning and coordination of the “Standing in the Gap” Women’s Conference.
Social Media Management: Regularly posting content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Promotional Design & Distribution: Designing and distributing flyers, both digitally and for local outreach.
Volunteer Coordination: Supporting the recruitment and management of volunteers.
Communication Management: Helping with email communications and follow-ups for various ministry initiatives.
Data Management: Organizing registrant information and managing spreadsheets.
Outreach & Promotion: Assisting with the outreach and promotion of upcoming Bible studies and classes.
Ministry Growth: Participating in ministry recruitment and broader growth efforts.
Online Event Support: Collaborating on Zoom event preparation, including documents or visuals for Bible studies or other online events.

Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong communication and writing abilities are essential.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and comfort using Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Alignment with Mission: A genuine heart for women’s ministry, service, and faith-based work.
Preferred Experience: Experience or coursework in psychology, counseling, ministry, or event planning is considered a plus.
Education Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or a relevant training program.
