Job Description:
Role Title: Ministry & Conference Intern (Remote)
Internship Type: This is a remote, unpaid internship.
Primary Focus: The internship offers valuable experience in Christian counseling, ministry event planning, and digital engagement. The intern will primarily support the planning and execution of the “Standing in the Gap” Women’s Conference, assist with social media content creation, and participate in ministry outreach and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with conference planning and coordination.
• Posting regularly on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Designing and distributing flyers for both digital and local outreach.
• Supporting volunteer recruitment and management efforts.
• Helping with email communications and follow-ups.
• Organizing registrant information and managing spreadsheets.
• Assisting with outreach and promotion of upcoming Bible studies and classes.
• Participating in ministry recruitment and growth efforts.
• Collaborating on Zoom event preparation, documents, or visuals for Bible studies or online events.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Possesses a heart for women’s ministry, service, and faith-based work.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, counseling, ministry, or event planning is considered a plus.
• Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or relevant training program.
