What You’ll Actually Do
• [Functional Leadership]: Lead and oversee the comprehensive functional design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• [Process Modernization]: Drive strategic initiatives aimed at the reinvention and modernization of core financial processes, utilizing the full suite of capabilities offered by Dynamics 365 Finance to achieve enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• [Digital Transformation Contribution]: Play a pivotal role in Wipro’s journey as an end-to-end digital transformation partner, ensuring the continuous evolution and alignment of financial business practices with overarching digital objectives.
• [Strategic Guidance]: Provide expert guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adaptation of finance function skills and solutions in response to evolving industry standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a senior-level functional leadership position, requiring a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) finance processes. The role demands an individual capable of driving significant functional change and transformation within a complex financial environment.
• Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience is required, with a substantial and demonstrated track record specifically in implementing, managing, or leading projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. This includes practical application and leadership in relevant financial modules.
• Skills:
• Extensive and verified expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, encompassing configuration, module integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven functional leadership capabilities specific to Record-to-Report (R2R) finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital transformation initiatives within a finance context.
• Strong analytical skills for business process analysis and the redesign of finance operations to optimize efficiency and compliance.
