This role in MI Onboarding within the Client Lifecycle Management group is crucial for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful Management Information to support onboarding oversight and decision-making.

• Team: MI Onboarding within Client Lifecyle Management (CLM) group, under Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) division.
• Mission: To ensure data integrity, maintain robust reporting and dashboards, and provide visibility on pipeline, performance, and risks for client onboarding.
• Tech Stack: Power BI, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power Query

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce and maintain regular MI reports covering onboarding pipeline, status tracking, SLAs, and key risk indicators, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visual reporting tools, supporting enhancements for improved usability and insight delivery.
• Data Management: Maintain a centralized dataset of onboarding requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and performing data validation and reconciliation checks.
• Insight & Query Support: Support the creation of insight summaries to accompany MI reporting and respond to ad-hoc data queries from stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Assist in reducing manual processes, improving reporting efficiency, and working with onshore teams to gather MI requirements and implement changes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a degree in finance, mathematics, or physics.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Data SME with strong understanding of client data and quality OR 5+ years in Front Office (1LoD) management working with data analysts/quality control analysts OR experience in MI reporting/data analysis/operations.
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI (or similar visualization tools), Power Query, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, understanding of client lifecycle.
• Bonus: Other beneficial qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) and proficiency in written English.
