This Merchandise Coordinator role is foundational, providing essential support to the men’s merchandising team and offering entry-level exposure to retail buying operations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee schedules, prepare comprehensive reports, and organize meetings for the buying team.
• Coordinate: Assist in coordinating team activities, managing the flow of product data, and handling product samples.
• Input: Input accurate product data into inventory systems, maintaining precise descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
• Communicate: Facilitate routine communications with suppliers, confirming order details, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries.
• Research: Perform basic market research to compile information on competitor offerings and product trends, providing initial insights to the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with foundational understanding of retail or merchandising operations.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience, preferably in retail or merchandising, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective time-management skills, keen attention to detail, and clear communication capabilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with inventory management systems.
