The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 5 Day Rotating Schedule, 5AM until work is complete
• Location: In-person, Atlanta, GA
• Pay: $43,700 Annually
• Team: Partners with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers.
• Mission: Ensure Coca-Cola products and brand partner items are consistently stocked, visible, and well-maintained in large retail environments while providing coverage and training for merchandiser routes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide coverage for established merchandiser routes, ensuring continuity of service.
• Training: Train merchandisers and present effective merchandising methods to team members.
• Merchandising: Build product displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
• Maintenance: Rotate and replenish products, maintain product integrity, and collect any breakage or out-of-date items.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, providing superior service and communicating business insights to leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Experience: Maintain a valid driver’s license in compliance with UNITED fleet policy and possess a reliable vehicle for job duties.
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to utilize all Company-provided resources and technology; ability to self-motivate and perform duties with minimal supervision; and the ability to effectively present information and problem solve in various situations.
• Bonus: Previous merchandising experience is preferred. Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule is beneficial for this role.
