About the Role
The Seagate is seeking a Membership Intern to support initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and overall member experience. This role will assist with executing membership programs, analyzing performance, and contributing to strategies that strengthen connection and loyalty within the Seagate community. As part of the summer internship program, you will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, supporting real-world projects, and helping bring Seagate’s membership strategy to life.
What You’ll Do
• Support the execution of membership programs and initiatives focused on driving engagement, retention, and overall member satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing membership data, tracking key metrics, and ensuring accuracy across systems.
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of member-facing experiences, events, and engagement opportunities.
• Help develop and refine processes that enhance the member journey and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support membership campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on member trends, behaviors, and preferences to inform strategy.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations highlighting program performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide general administrative and project support related to membership operations.

• Strong interest in membership programs, customer experience, or loyalty/engagement strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or academic experience considered).
• Familiarity with data or reporting tools.
