Member Experience Associate | Bond Collective

The Tone:
This is a role at Bond Collective, located at one of their boutique work environments. Bond Collective thoughtfully curates high-end work environments, specializing in hospitality and design. This role is crucial as you will be the face and heart of your location, ensuring every member receives an unmatched, hospitality-driven experience from how they interact with the vibe and community to events and operations. You will play a vital role in enabling members and their businesses to thrive.

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Location: In-person, one of Bond Collective’s boutique locations

• Team: Reports to the General Manager and/or Community Manager.
• Mission: Ensure every Bond Collective member receives a top-notch, hospitality-driven experience by managing the space, community, and events.
• Tech Stack: Printing, network management, phones

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide first point of contact service at the front desk for all members and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Onboard new members by activating and distributing keys, fobs, building access, welcome packets, and providing space tours.
• Curate and oversee all events and programming within the space, collaborating with local businesses for partnership opportunities.
• Ensure smooth operations of the space by assisting with IT management, conference room bookings, catering requests, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Enhance member relationships and brand loyalty by developing connections that inform and inspire programming concepts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Demonstrated strong sense of customer service and hospitality, particularly in a luxury environment.
• Experience: No specific years required. Capacity to produce and manage a wide variety of events, both one-off and recurring.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proven project management, detail-orientation, strong multi-tasking, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Hospitality and event planning experience highly preferred.
