Job Description: Medical Writing Intern (Summer 2025)

This is a fully remote, paid internship running 11 weeks (June 2nd – August 15th), 40 hours per week with flexible hours. Interns will support the Clinical Services team, gaining practical experience in pharmaceutical marketing and medical writing. Specific responsibilities include:

Writing and Revising: Contributing to the writing and revision of promotional medical content.
Annotation: Annotating promotional medical materials.
Literature Evaluation: Evaluating scientific literature for appropriate references and supporting data.
Reference Coordination: Identifying, coordinating, and verifying references for accuracy.
Accuracy Checking: Checking the accuracy of cited information in medical documents.
Content Development: Potentially developing independent writing projects.
Outline Development: Assisting in the development of content outlines for target audiences.
Support for Regulatory Submissions: Assisting with materials used for medical, regulatory, and legal submissions.

The internship provides exposure to the principles of medical writing and offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking medicines and treatments. Interns will contribute directly to the development of marketing materials for pharmaceutical products. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadline-sensitive projects simultaneously.
