The TL;DR

• Mission: Increase customer confidence and loyalty by delivering courteous service, consistent operations, and a friendly atmosphere.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Provide continuous, attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive experience by promptly greeting, assisting, and thanking them in a courteous and friendly manner, which directly contributes to customer confidence and loyalty.
• Product Advisement: Thoughtfully offer appropriate product suggestions to customers, helping them make informed choices and enhancing their overall shopping journey within the department.
• Inventory & Stocking: Diligently stock and rotate all department products to rigorously ensure freshness and effective date control. This includes efficiently restocking and utilizing supply items to minimize waste and contribute to maintaining the lowest possible supply costs.
• Operational Efficiency: Safely and proficiently operate all designated department equipment and tools necessary for daily tasks, upholding consistent operating conditions and adhering to company standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Actively maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times, promptly reporting any identified faulty equipment or safety hazards to management to ensure a secure environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Additionally, authorization to work in the United States is required, or the ability to obtain such authorization. All successful candidates must also complete a pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience or direct platform/function-specific experience are explicitly required for this role as outlined in the job description.
