Material Planning Analyst | Flex

• Team: Reports to a Material Planning Analyst.
• Mission: Ensures material availability and continuity of production by maintaining accurate data, coordinating suppliers, and monitoring performance.
• Tech Stack: ERP systems, Advanced Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of materials, purchasing, and supply chain data across ERP systems by performing audits, data entry, and maintenance.
• Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and key metrics such as Bills of Material (BOMs) and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) to track material financial performance.
• Supplier & Purchasing Management: Coordinate supplier contracts, create weekly purchase orders, track supplier scorecards, and act as a point of contact for consigned materials.
• Production Continuity: Support production by providing timely supply information, monitoring performance, assisting with inventory control, and preparing packing lists for repair operations.
• Team & Process Improvement: Lead and support a small team, identify and escalate risks related to KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in materials planning, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, ERP systems proficiency, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis and reporting.
