The Tone:
This is an early career program at ResProp Management, located in Texas, Florida, or South Carolina. ResProp Management builds communities and helps people find apartment homes as a multi-family property management company. This role is crucial for developing purpose-driven college graduates into leaders capable of managing multi-million dollar real estate assets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To learn all aspects of multifamily operations and develop the skills to manage multi-million dollar real estate assets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage operational aspects including leasing, marketing, driving financial performance, budgeting, customer service, procurement, collections, and asset management decision-making.
• Oversee facilities and asset management, which involves property inspection and planning, construction contracting and monitoring, and vendor management.
• Engage in a rigorous training program that combines readings and discussions to sharpen thoughts and actions, developing relevant business and investment principles.
• Execute stretch projects designed to prepare for leadership roles and the management of multi-million dollar real estate assets.
• Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities across multiple businesses in the portfolio, connecting with industry professionals and entrepreneurs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA; Entry-Level; an interest in real estate operations and investment management.
• Experience: Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability.
• Skills: Exceptional work ethic, drive, and hunger to learn and grow; effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences; ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations; detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality.
• Bonus: Desire to create meaningful value through a career in business; desire to serve others; open to relocating in Texas, Florida or South Carolina based on business needs.
