Mars Finance Internship Experience

This internship program provides a chance to gain valuable experience in the Finance and Accounting departments across various Mars business units, including:

• Mars Wrigley
• Mars Petcare
• Royal Canin
• Mars Global Services
• Internal Audit

What you’ll do:

Digital Agenda: Drive the company’s digital agenda by contributing to analytics capabilities, process improvement, and the adoption of new technology.
Project-Based Work: Collaborate with stakeholders on tangible projects that offer visibility to senior leadership.
Skill Development: Build capabilities in sought-after skills like data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, communication, and stakeholder management.

Potential for Full-Time Employment:

Successful interns have the opportunity to join the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program post-graduation. This program offers a full-time position within the Mars Finance team.

• Chicago, IL
• Other offices across North America

Requirements:

• Agile student with a drive for results and desire to learn.
• Passion for the consumer products industry.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to the internship site.
