What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Development: Assist in developing content for digital channels including the website, email campaigns, and social media, using AI writing and design tools to accelerate production.
• Collateral Creation: Support the research and drafting of case studies, blog posts, service descriptions, and other marketing collateral, applying AI tools to brainstorm, outline, and iterate efficiently.
• Data Analysis: Use AI-powered analytics or research tools to support competitor analysis, audience insights, and campaign performance reporting.
• Campaign Management: Help coordinate and track digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot and report on performance metrics.
• Technical Translation: Collaborate with scientists and leadership to translate technical subject matter into accessible, compelling marketing content.
The Must-Haves
• Background: At least two years completed towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Hands-on familiarity with AI content and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Canva AI.
• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone for technical and professional audiences; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or Google Analytics; Curiosity about science and technology.
