Job Description: Marketing Internship

This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from June 2nd to August 22nd. The internship offers in-depth exposure to various facets of the Marketing & Communications profession at SitusAMC.

Position Overview:

The intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including:

Branding and design: Contributing to the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
Content, digital, and social media marketing: Creating and distributing content across various platforms.
Product and demand marketing: Supporting initiatives to promote and sell products or services.
Corporate communications: Assisting in internal and external communication efforts.

The role will also include:

Essential Job Functions:

• Gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing activities.
• Supporting marketing and business initiatives, from ideation and creation to distribution and measurement.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and potentially external parties.
• Working independently and collaboratively on various projects.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be a currently enrolled rising college junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Prior internship experience and a demonstrated interest in marketing are preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from June 2nd to August 22nd.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience with design software like Canva.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Glassdoor, YouTube).
• Introductory content creation skills (writing, editing, graphic design, video production).
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual full-time base salary range is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. Specific compensation is determined based on factors like education, experience, skills, location, and market data. A discretionary bonus may be available, depending on program guidelines and management approval. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401(k) participation (for full-time employees).
