We’re looking for someone who can help people *feel• what Naïve does — through engaging short-form video, compelling creator content, and sharp visuals — not just explain it.

The Role

You will take ownership of the visual content and distribution for Naïve’s content engine. This includes producing authentic UGC-style videos, editing product demonstrations and founder stories, designing various assets for social media and ads, and ensuring all content reaches the right audiences across major platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, X, and LinkedIn.

You will work directly with the founders, providing a unique opportunity for impact and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • UGC & Short-Form Video — Script, shoot, and edit punchy product demos, founder clips, use-case walkthroughs, and testimonial-style content, primarily in 60–90 second formats.
  • Video Editing — Cut and polish longer-form content (e.g., founder interviews, tutorials, deep dives) into optimized short-form clips tailored for specific platforms.
  • Graphic Design — Create visually appealing social assets, ad creatives, thumbnails, carousels, and landing page visuals.
  • Distribution — Post, schedule, and manage content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. You’ll also track content performance to identify successful strategies and double down on them.
  • Creator Coordination — Assist in managing our creator program, which involves briefing creators, reviewing their edits, and ensuring content is shipped on schedule.
  • Trend Surfing — Proactively spot trending formats, sounds, and hooks, and adapt them creatively to align with Naïve’s brand.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have a portfolio of short-form video work, UGC content, or social-first design (school projects are welcome!).
  • Are fluent in video editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and at least one design tool such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
  • Spend significant time on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, demonstrating a deep understanding of what captures and holds an audience’s attention.
  • Can move fast, ship daily, and iterate quickly without constant supervision or waiting for permission.
  • Are genuinely excited about AI, startups, or the process of building things from scratch.
  • Bonus: You’ve successfully grown your own social account, managed a brand page, or created content for a startup previously.
