Marketing Intern, Export Americas | LVMH Fragrance Brands

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at LVMH Fragrance Brands, likely located in Miami, FL. The company develops and markets prestigious fragrance brands like Givenchy and Kenzo globally. This role is crucial for supporting the LATAM Marketing team in ensuring the success of these brands across a diverse region, including key subsidiaries and numerous export markets. The intern will play a key role in developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies.

• Team: LATAM Marketing team, reports directly to the Export Marketing Manager.
• Mission: Support the LATAM Marketing team in developing, monitoring, and executing 360° marketing strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo across the Export Americas region.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor all markets to ensure adherence to approved trade marketing plans and validate trade marketing animations, OOH, and events for compliance with corporate and regional guidelines.
• Communication & Training: Serve as the primary contact between external agents and headquarters, and train Brand Managers or Marketing Coordinators on internal processes and software.
• Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate qualitative feedback, good quality photos of executions, and analysis of competitor activities across markets for Hot News Reports, Launch Reports, and other presentations.
• Event & Operational Support: Prepare and distribute blotter books to agents for retailer presentations, and assist in planning and executing key marketing events throughout the year, including managing new suppliers and purchase orders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a BBA in Marketing, or similar domain knowledge in marketing.
• Experience: Demonstrated project management, organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Skills: Strong computer proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Canva, with fluent Spanish and English language abilities.
• Bonus: Product knowledge and sensibility to luxury and prestige beauty products; French language skills are a plus.
