This is a remote internship at Marmalaide AI, a next-generation Gen AI content studio. Marmalaide AI partners with brands to deliver a continuous stream of original video content, eliminating traditional production overhead by combining human creativity with advanced AI. The company builds high-performing content libraries for advertising, social media, brand storytelling, and TV, focusing on delivering high-quality, AI-powered video that keeps pace with rapidly changing trends. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing and growth teams by ensuring Marmalaide AI’s content remains relevant, high-performing, and effectively communicated to its target audiences, offering significant exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven content production and marketing practices.

• Mission: This person supports day-to-day marketing activities, contributing to trendwatching, campaign planning, content ideation, and performance tracking to refine brand messaging and content quality across various channels.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide day-to-day support for marketing activities, collaborating with internal marketing and growth teams across various brands.
• Monitor: Conduct thorough trendwatching to identify emerging styles and content opportunities, informing creative direction and strategy.
• Plan: Assist directly with campaign planning efforts and generate innovative social media content ideas.
• Analyze: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and content, providing insights for optimization.
• Refine: Contribute to the refinement of brand messaging, content performance, and overall quality for video, TV, and CTV film productions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or possessing equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content writing, or creative production, coupled with foundational skills or a strong interest in social media algorithms, paid advertising, and creative direction.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to trend watch, strong capabilities in social media and ad content ideation, excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders, reliable time management, and self-organization.
• Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools, a keen interest in AI, digital content, or video marketing, and comfort working effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
