Creator Growth Marketing Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok’s mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy through its leading short-form mobile video platform. This role supports the TikTok LIVE team by assisting with creator growth marketing initiatives, contributing to the acquisition, engagement, and retention of creators, and ultimately shaping the creator ecosystem. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

• Mission: Support creator-focused marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and participation on TikTok LIVE.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels.
• Content Curation: Assist in sourcing and drafting creator success stories and creator spotlights, helping bring TikTok LIVE storytelling to life.
• Program Coordination: Support creator recognition moments and programs by helping coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Workflow Organization: Coordinate across internal teams to keep workstreams organized and maintain trackers, timelines, and shared documentation.
• Performance Reporting: Pull basic performance metrics and support reporting recaps to help the team understand campaign and creator engagement impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Film/Production, or a related field; strong interest in creator marketing, influencer ecosystems, entertainment, and social media platforms.
• Experience: Experience supporting content creation or production workflows, which can include school projects, internships, or personal content channels.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other livestreaming / creator platforms, comfort working with data in Google Sheets/Excel for basic reporting, and a strong understanding of TikTok and social content trends, formats, and creator behavior.
