About the Job: Marketing Intern (Southeast Region)

This is an entry-level, part-time, paid internship position designed for enthusiastic, motivated individuals seeking to build a career in marketing. The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing day-to-day support and assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives and projects specifically for the Southeast (SE) Region. This role offers exposure to a variety of marketing duties and functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the SE Sr. Marketing Manager to execute the SE marketing plan.
Assist in managing SE Events, covering both pre-event and post-event deliverables.
Produce content and various marketing assets for digital use and SE Events. This includes, but is not limited to, Marketo assets, list uploads/downloads, print materials, social media posts, and promotional collateral.
Maintain and ensure updates for Marketo and SalesForce campaigns.
Create and maintain the SE internal Marketing Event Newsletter.

Requirements:

Experience in marketing, event management, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience using Marketo and Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency with G Suite and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Possession of a customer service mindset.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communications, project management, and time management.

Compensation & Structure:

• This is a part-time position, up to 29 hours per week.
• The pay rate is $20 per hour.
• Up to 10% local/regional travel is expected.
