About the Job: Marketing Intern

This is an entry-level, part-time (up to 29 hours/week), paid ($20/hour) internship position for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking to build a career in marketing. The role is focused on the Southeast (SE) Region and offers exposure to a variety of marketing duties and roles. Up to 10% local/regional travel is expected.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the SE Sr. Marketing Manager to support the execution of the SE marketing plan.
• Assist in the management of SE Events, including both pre-event and post-event deliverables.
• Produce various content and marketing assets for digital use and SE Events. This includes, but is not limited to, Marketo assets, list uploads/downloads, print materials, social media posts, and promotional collateral.
• Maintain and ensure the timely updating of Marketo and SalesForce campaigns.
• Create and maintain the SE internal Marketing Event Newsletter.

Requirements:
• Experience in marketing, event management, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience using Marketo and Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.
• Possession of a customer service mindset.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communications, project management, and time management.
