Job Description:
URTHWEAR is looking for a Marketing Intern to join their team. This is an in-person opportunity located in Walnut Creek, CA, offering a $250 monthly stipend. The internship requires on-site availability Tuesday through Thursday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in content writing, digital marketing, community engagement, and email advertising, working across multiple brands. You will work directly with the core team to produce daily marketing deliverables that drive traffic, grow awareness, and build brand communities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with general marketing tasks across multiple departments.
• Support the setup and optimization of digital ad campaigns.
• Help plan and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Contribute to influencer research and outreach coordination.
• Draft and format email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with writing blogs to support SEO and brand storytelling.
• Reach out to media outlets to increase brand visibility across platforms.
• Help track and organize marketing analytics and campaign data.
• Support affiliate and media buying coordination as needed.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced brand environment.
• Sales outreach to retailers for wholesale purchasing.
Requirements:
• On-site availability in Walnut Creek, CA.
• Reliable attendance Tuesday through Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
