Job Description: Marketing Intern
Avison Young is seeking an intelligent, assertive, and determined Marketing Intern to join their prestigious brokerage team in Philadelphia, PA. The intern will gain experience in commercial real estate and will be responsible for:
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Supporting short- and medium-term client pursuit sprints; identifying, manipulating, and connecting relevant data sources; processing, cleansing, and verifying data integrity; summarizing and presenting findings to clients and company leadership clearly and concisely.
• Technology Support: Working with the internal Innovation team to build and maintain the Global Analytics platform, establishing best practices for data consumption and visualization, and developing optimal and performant solutions.
• Administrative Support: Coordinating schedules, correspondence, and conversations.
• Project Support: Assisting with projects as needed. The job description notes that additional reasonable duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college/university.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Outgoing and self-motivated.
• On-site work required.
