Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of three global market leaders: Ticketmaster (global leader in event ticketing, selling over 620 million tickets annually with around 10,000 clients), Live Nation Concerts (largest provider of live entertainment, promoting over 50,000 events annually for nearly 7,000 artists in 40+ countries), and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship (creates strategic music marketing programs connecting over 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans attending Live Nation events yearly).

Job Description: Marketing Intern

This is a paid, part-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) focusing on providing real-world experience in the live entertainment industry. The internship runs during Summer 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the marketing department with administrative duties.
• Developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Coordinating with the creative team on copywriting and asset production.
• Supporting venue marketing, including updating digital and physical in-venue signage, websites, and venue social media channels.
• Providing on-site support at concerts (capturing social content, media escorting, etc.).
• Assisting with simple graphic design tasks using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
• Helping develop and maintain local influencer and press lists.
• Utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Box, and all social media platforms in daily tasks.
• Participating in special projects and performing other related duties as requested.
• Completing a final internship project (assigned at the beginning, presented at the end).

Learning Objectives:

• Understanding the process of marketing concerts from announcement to event date.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the local media landscape.
• Gaining experience communicating across multiple platforms and with various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (preferably in a field related to marketing or a similar field).
• Recent college graduate or Junior/Senior standing.
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to execute programs.
• Physical ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, lift and carry 50+ lbs, and occasionally sit.
