Job Description: Marketing Intern
KPMG is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist its Marketing organization. The internship involves a range of responsibilities across various marketing channels and functions. Key responsibilities include:
• Digital Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Assisting in the creation and implementation of cross-channel digital marketing strategies, collaborating with media agencies to execute creative tactics across print, video, podcast, sponsorships, digital, search, social, and emerging media. Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Brand Campaign Management: Supporting the management of brand campaign programs, including project management and assistance with event management and sponsorships.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Developing analytics and engagement reports to assess campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing recommended improvements. This includes support for campaign tracking and reporting.
• Regional Marketing Collaboration: Working with regional marketing teams to adapt national marketing programs and assets for local initiatives. Ensuring sales enablement/marketing content remains current and accessible to internal stakeholders.
• Market Research & Analysis: Providing support to regional and account marketers with strategic brand and relationship research, competitive and market research, and contact engagement data updates and analysis.
• Pipeline & Revenue Reporting: Assisting with pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis to inform and influence marketing plans and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude in advertising and media trends.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Working knowledge of media and marketing channels, particularly current and emerging digital opportunities, and understanding of media metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to synthesize data insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Strong technical skills, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and social media platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. A flexible and adaptable team player with a resourceful approach to delivering high-quality work.
