Digital Marketing Intern – Summer 2026 | LV Collective
The Tone:
This is an internship at LV Collective, located in Austin, Texas, running from May to August 2026. LV Collective is an Austin-based developer specializing in student housing and multifamily properties. This role offers hands-on experience to a creative and digitally savvy student, providing a foundational understanding of inbound and content marketing strategies, content calendar creation, and the use of CRM and marketing automation software. The intern’s work will be essential in strengthening the company’s online presence, engaging target audiences through compelling content, and supporting broader marketing and communications efforts across corporate and property initiatives.
The TL;DR

• Mission: This person will own the creation and optimization of digital content to attract visitors, engage subscribers, and improve organic search rankings for corporate and property initiatives.
• Tech Stack: WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Adobe CC Libraries or Canva, Canto or similar Digital Asset Management system, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the ongoing creation of fresh, engaging blog content, including articles, resources, and case studies, for both LV corporate and property websites to attract site visitors through search, social, and email subscribers.
• Website Resource Development: Write, edit, and assist with designing valuable resources for website Learning Centers, such as eBooks, fact sheets, and more, to educate and convert visitors.
• Search Engine Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and strategically optimize website content, including blog posts and landing pages, to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Email Campaign Management: Produce, design, and distribute effective email campaigns for both corporate and property initiatives, including the regular creation and distribution of monthly email newsletters with engaging copywriting and design.
• Digital Asset Support: Assist with various website updates, especially maintaining and refreshing blog posts and landing pages, while also contributing to the reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives and other special projects as assigned.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field of study.
• Experience: Preferable experience running content production, email campaigns, or managing a website for a student organization, business, or nonprofit; however, this is not required.
• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills; web savvy and skilled internet researcher; excellent organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; strong grasp of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok; fluent in the English language, its rules, and proper usage; experience with AP style preferred.
• Bonus: Experience working in WordPress; familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; experience working with Adobe CC Libraries or Canva; knowledge of inbound and content marketing strategies; familiarity with Canto or similar Digital Asset Management system.
