Marketing Intern | International Justice Mission (IJM)

The Tone:
This is a Marketing Intern internship at International Justice Mission (IJM), available for in-person, hybrid, or remote candidates. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Temporary (September 14 – December 11, 2026), 30-40 hours per week
• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid or Remote)
• Team: Global Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Global Marketing
• Mission: Support the Global Marketing team with administrative tasks, process improvements, and special projects to build connected donor experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Support the Global Marketing team by accurately managing and tracking existing inventory.
• Project Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects within the Global Marketing department.
• Digital Marketing Research: Conduct targeted research to gather insights and support strategic digital marketing initiatives.
• Process Support: Provide essential assistance for the improvement and ongoing management of team processes.
• Administrative Support: Contribute to both departmental and general administrative functions across IJM operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This internship is designed for early career individuals, requiring enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with at least two years of undergraduate study completed. Furthermore, IJM legally requires that all employees demonstrate a mature orthodox Christian faith, as defined by the Apostles’ Creed, which should be articulated in a statement of faith.
• Experience: Candidates should possess demonstrated experience and a keen interest in project management. Additionally, a clear interest and experience in marketing and communications, specifically within digital marketing contexts, is essential.
• Skills: Strong communication skills are fundamental for this role.
