What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, applying basic social media marketing principles.
• Email Campaigns: Create and redesign effective email marketing campaigns.
• Ad Campaign Management: Manage existing advertising campaigns and develop new ones.
• Event Planning: Schedule and plan events for potential clients or vendors.
• Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative duties to support the team.
• Blog Content: Maintain the company blog and generate new content ideas and posts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with some marketing background, seeking a career in the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated graphic design skills, particularly with print and graphic design resources like InDesign.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong verbal and written communication skills; extraordinary attention to detail; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
