What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Exposure: Participate in on-site marketing and promotional activities to broaden the company’s brand exposure.
• Customer Outreach: Contribute to structured outreach initiatives to acquire new customers.
• Market Insights: Perform market analysis to identify trends, understand customer behaviors, and track performance metrics.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product and brand presentations in retail and live event settings.
• Campaign Optimization: Review campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience and strong potential in marketing, sales, or communications.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication, confident public speaking and presentation capabilities, analytical and creative problem-solving, relationship management, and sales & marketing acumen.
• Bonus: Professional, dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
