What You’ll Actually Do
Material Preparation: Actively assist with the comprehensive preparation of diverse marketing materials, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders, and detailed internal reports, ensuring they are accurate and ready for distribution.
Record Management: Meticulously maintain organized records and thorough documentation for all marketing activities, projects, and communications, establishing a robust and easily accessible information system for the team.
Project Coordination: Skillfully coordinate various marketing projects from initiation through to completion, while also providing essential administrative support to individual team members to facilitate smooth project progression.
Initiative Tracking: Diligently help track and thoroughly document the ongoing progress and status of all marketing initiatives and specific projects, providing clear oversight and updates to the department.
Brand Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the company’s established branding guidelines across all prepared materials and communications, thereby maintaining a consistent and professional corporate image.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma is a mandatory requirement for this entry-level position. Preference is given to candidates who possess or are working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing core office productivity software, specifically Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, is essential for managing daily tasks and communications. No specific years of experience are required for this early career role.
• Skills: Candidates must exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively, complemented by excellent time-management abilities to ensure timely project completion.
