What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Maintain and update marketing platforms and operational assets, including forms, templates, and emails.
• Data Management: Assist with data imports, cleanup, and consistency across marketing systems.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage operational request intake and coordinate workflows, communicating task progress and updating statuses to stakeholders.
• Campaign Support: Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment activities, providing backup support for campaign operations as needed.
• Project Administration: Manage project coordination and workflow in Asana, including performing maintenance, administration, and quality assurance tasks for the platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; early career professional with an interest in marketing operations or administration.
• Experience: No specific years required; experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and comfortable working within established workflows.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, quick learner of new technologies, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana), and an interest in marketing, technology, and education trends.
