The Tone:
This is a role at Food Gurus Hawaii, located in Honolulu, HI. Est. 2004, Food Gurus is Hawaii’s largest F&B marketing specialist, providing customized creative, communication, digital, and marketing services for brand leaders. This role is a key contributor to the client services team, supporting all aspects of the company through strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service and project management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Client Relationships: Maintain assigned client relationships and respond to marketing inquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Analyze Performance Data: Generate and analyze KPI reports from client platforms, offering strategic recommendations and supporting monthly presentation preparation.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Create internal marketing communications, review social media content for brand compliance, and proofread all marketing materials for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate Project Logistics: Research and manage communications with third-party vendors, coordinate product needs for marketing initiatives, and oversee fundraising/sponsorship programs.
• Support Operational Flow: Track client budgets, manage digital menu board updates, assist with menu pricing, and facilitate internal communication to meet project deadlines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: BA graduate desired with a foundation in sales, marketing, and professional office environments.
• Experience: 3 years of sales and marketing or professional office experience, including content management with platforms like Hootsuite and working knowledge of office equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360, Google Applications, and cloud-based file sharing is required.
• Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills, clear and effective written and verbal communication in English, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, a clean driving abstract, and reliable personal vehicle are required for travel to client locations and event support.
