What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance Analysis: Support Growth and Marketing teams by conducting daily performance analysis across paid media, lifecycle, and on-site funnels.
• Channel Monitoring: Monitor and analyze paid marketing channels, tracking spend, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and efficiency trends.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain marketing dashboards and recurring reports that surface clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Campaign Evaluation: Assist with post-launch campaign analysis and reviews, identifying key learnings about what succeeded and why.
• Experimentation Support: Support the analysis of A/B tests and other experiments, helping to evaluate performance changes and lift.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or data-focused role, including internships. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like paid search, paid social, funnels, and attribution.
• Skills: Working knowledge of SQL (basic joins, aggregations, filters), experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, DOMO, or similar, and solid Excel / Google Sheets skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Bonus: Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, or subscription businesses, familiarity with tools like Segment, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM platforms, and early exposure to experimentation or attribution concepts.
